Do I have to accept every contract?
No! You can freely decide if you want to accept a contract from case
to case and if you want to go to an event or not.
What happens if I accepted a contract and do not show at an
event?
Up to 14 days before the event you can unconditionally cancel
by E-mail. After this period you are contractually obliged to either
find a suitable acceptable replacement or to pay a compensation fee
of 50 % of the agreed contract. Every contract that is sent to you
contains individually varying conditions.
When do I receive money?
You receive your money in cash directly after the event has ended
when identifying yourself by ID card presenting your contract and
acceptable travel receipts.
How do I receive Fan articles like clothing and similar?
All Fan articles are distributed directly shortly before the start
and at the location of the event.
Who makes the travel arrangements?
In case sufficient participants come from a single location a bus is
chartered or a group travel by train is arranged with pick-up
location arrangements. In case no other participant lives near you,
you have to travel alone and make your own travel arrangements. The
travel expenses are compensated according to acceptable travel
receipts.
